I was born in Barcelona, but shortly afterwards my family moved for a time to the beautiful village of Llívia, in La Cerdanya. A few years later, we returned to the province of Barcelona, settling in Cerdanyola del Vallès. I would highlight from that period my education at Viaró Global School, a well-known school in Sant Cugat del Vallès, recognised for its academic excellence and strong values.

Like many people finishing school, I was uncertain about which degree to pursue: a business-oriented path or continuing the family tradition linked to the legal field.

I ultimately studied Law at the International University of Catalonia, where I discovered a genuine passion for the legal profession, while maintaining a strong interest in the business environment.

After completing my degree, I had the opportunity to study the prestigious Master’s in Corporate Legal Consultancy at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, where I was taught by renowned professionals and met extraordinary people who, twenty years later, I am fortunate to still consider close friends.

Following this academic stage, I had the privilege of beginning my professional career at one of the most respected law firms in Spain, Uría Menéndez.

Due to family circumstances, I later ended that stage and returned to the family law firm, which at that time consisted of just four people.

With considerable effort, during a personally delicate period and in the midst of the 2008 financial crisis, I continued to specialise in a field that had drawn my interest: Insurance Law. I completed the Master’s in Insurance Law at UNED, and during this time, claims brought by victims and individuals affected by accidents became a central part of my professional activity.

In parallel, the firm grew, expanding its practice areas, incorporating new professionals, opening offices in different cities, and adopting new technologies.

During this period, I also took on the management of a family office dedicated to real estate investments and shareholdings in various companies.

I am currently undertaking the Senior Management Program (PADE) at IESE.
